• JTQXG use steam heating system, easy to control the heat source, easy to clean and maintain, simple, safe operation, use efficient steam pressure (3.0kg/cm²), suitable for high temperature heating.
• The speed of impeller and agitator in spiral form can be set by frequency conversion control, so that the material can circulate continuously and mix fully and evenly. Through the natural flow of the semicircular kettle body and the processing effect of the unique stirring leaves that take into account the characteristics of food, it can be gently stirred, especially the delicate products like the pellet bean paste will not be damaged.
• Adopt temperature feedback control system, accurate thermal control, energy saving design of steam recovery pipeline, reduc enerdy consumption.
• The design of tank is conducive to the efficient flow and utilization of heat during heating or cooling. The machine adopts 304 or 316L stainless steel material and anti-corrosion material, the blade material is made of wear-resistant food grade PTFE, which can be adjusted and disassembled, which is conducive to cleaning and replacement, and fully meets the requirements of food grade.
