4)Body use carbon steel print coloring matter, it can also be designed as stainless steel polished body
5)Match sterring wheel with brake for convenient movement
Application
It is used for homogenizing and emulsifying creams with middle and low viscosity and suitable for most ingredients. Special stator and rotor generate strong cutting, milling, hitting and turbulence so that emulsifies water and oil, and then granule diameter reach stable status(1-2um)
Working Method
High Shear Batch Emulsifier(mixer) is suitable for mixing, Dispersing, Shearing and Homogenizing all kinds of viscous liquid and pastes. The products could be applied in Food, Beverage, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Paint& ink industry etc. The Unit consists of a centrally located shaft, connected to a flanged type motor mounted on a steel housing. We have four types of different stators to suit different working condition.
