FMC Multifunctional Liquid Washing Mixing Blending Tank 

Product Introduction:

During the production of liquid washing products , the self-suction type AES dissolver can alleviate worker's labor intensity of feeding and shorten dissolving time.

PMC blending reacting boiler is mainly suitable for preparation of liquid detergents (such as cleanser essence, shampoo and shower cream etc.). Integrating blending, dispersing, heating and cooling etc. functions, the reacting machine is an ideal device for liquid preparation in various factories.

• The all-round wall scraping mixing adopts the frequency conventer for speed adjustment , so that high quality products of different process according the customers requirements 
• The diversified high-speed homogenizer can powerfully mix solid and liquid raw materials and can rapidly dissolve many indissoluble materials , such as AES , AESA , LSA , etc , during the liquid detergent production process so as to save energy consumption and shorten production period  . 
• The pot body is welded by imported three-layer stainless steel plate . the tank body and the pipes adopt mirror polishing , which fully confirms to GMP requirpments . 
• According to customs requirement , the tank can heat and cool materials , the heating way including steam heating and electric  heating . easy to dischange , bottom direct discharge or by tansfer pump .
